The rated power of the transformer is 750 kVA with ONAN cooling. The primary voltage is 13.8kV with ±2*2.5% tapping range (NLTC), the secondary voltage is 0.48kV, they formed a vector group of Dyn11.

1. The transformer's high-voltage down lead and high-voltage bus must adopt copper core or aluminum core rubber insulated wire; 2. The different phase to phase distance of high-voltage bus, high-voltage down lead and drop out fuse must be less than 300 mm;

3. The distance between the low-voltage side line and the high-voltage down lead shall not be less than 150 mm;

4. It is strictly prohibited that the low-voltage line passes through the high-voltage down lead, and the sag of the lead up and down lead should be neat and consistent;

5. The transformer shell, circuit breaker, arrester ground wire and transformer low-voltage side zero line should be grounded together first;

6. The transformer platform should be kept horizontal and the height difference of diagonal line of the table should be less than 30mm.

The transformers was send to sea port by truck, it was transported with oil in the tank, the accessories such as radiators are packed in plywood boxes and the transformer body was nude in the ship, we also equipped impact recorder for the transformer.
