Product Overview

 

The SCB three-dimensional core transformer adopts a three-dimensional rolled silicon steel core, where three identical single-frame cores are assembled into a three-phase symmetrical structure. The magnetic flux path forms a closed three-dimensional circuit, allowing the magnetic flux of each phase to flow efficiently through the core.

 

Unlike conventional three-phase transformers with separate magnetic paths, the 3D wound core structure reduces magnetic resistance and improves the utilization of silicon steel materials. This design helps minimize transformer losses and operating noise while maintaining excellent mechanical strength.

 

The high-voltage winding uses cast resin insulation technology, providing strong resistance against moisture, dust, and harsh environmental conditions. The transformer does not require insulating oil, eliminating oil leakage risks and reducing maintenance requirements.
