In terms of manufacturing process
In terms of insulation component manufacturing:
1)The winding spacers should use hard paperboard (TIV or HPB) and domestically produced paperboard of the same quality. When using calendered paperboard, it should undergo densification treatment with a densification pressure of 20~30MPa.
2) When assembling the spacers, strengthen the control over the total height of the spacers on each support bar to ensure that the load on each spacer is uniform. The height variation of the spacers on the support bars of the unified winding should be controlled within ±1%.
3) The spacers on the insulated end rings of the yoke should be evenly distributed, with a positional tolerance of ±2mm. The thickness must be consistent, with a tolerance controlled within ±1mm.
4) The edges of the spacers must be rounded to avoid damaging the winding insulation during a short circuit.
