 Firstly, we need to clarify some basic concepts. 3.7V refers to voltage, while 10000mW is a representation of power. More commonly, 10kW is used to represent it, as 10000mW equals 10kW. Voltage and power are two different physical quantities in electricity, and they are not directly related to each other.
     The relationship between power (P), voltage (V), and current (I) is given by the following formula:
P=V x I
This means that to obtain a power of 10kW, we need to know how much current is required at a voltage of 3.7V. In theory, if we have a voltage of 3.7V and can provide sufficient current, we can achieve a power output of 10kW. However, this requires a very large current, specifically:
I=P/V
I=10000W/3.7V
I ≈ 2702.7A
     This is a very large current value, which is rarely seen in practical applications because it requires very thick wires to carry such a large current and generates a large amount of heat and potential safety risks.
In addition, we also need to consider the efficiency and capacity of the power supply. Even if such conversion can be theoretically achieved, actual power sources may not be able to provide such power output with such high efficiency or duration.
     Therefore, although theoretically it is possible to achieve a power output of 10kW at a voltage of 3.7V, in reality, doing so is very unrealistic and dangerous. Usually, in order to achieve high power output, we use higher voltages, which can reduce the required current, thereby reducing line losses and safety risks.
