Distribution Transformer Core Stacking

The iron core is assembled on a pneumatic flipped stacking platform, using a specially designed positioning fixture and a non stacked iron yoke process to stack the iron. After clamping the iron core, the lower clamp is clamped, and the column iron is temporarily clamped with channel steel and upper clamp, and C-shaped clamps are used to assist in clamping the column iron in space; Stand up and move the storage area to apply fixing agent. After drying and curing, remove the temporary fixture and proceed to the body assembly process. The iron chips are firmly bonded, with low loss and low noise.
