Structural type of dry-type transformer

The iron core mainly consists of silicon steel sheets and coils cast with epoxy resin. Insulation cylinders are placed between the high and low voltage coils to increase electrical insulation, and the coils are supported and restrained by cushion blocks. The fasteners of the overlapped components have anti loosening performance.
Construction performance:

⑵ Unwrapped winding
Winding: Among the two windings, the higher voltage winding is the high-voltage winding, and the lower voltage winding is the low-voltage winding.
From the relative positions of high and low voltage windings, high voltage can be divided into concentric and overlapping types.
The concentric winding is simple and easy to manufacture, all of which adopt this structural method.
Overlapping type, mainly used for special transformers.
